During the festival, Chinese and American youth baseball players, along with teachers and students from Flying Tigers Friendship Schools, visited some of Kuliang's best-known landmarks, including Cedar King Park, Yixia Villa and Kuliang Club.

As they strolled through Kuliang's historic streets, the young visitors followed in the footsteps of the foreign families who once spent their summers here more than a century ago, gaining a deeper appreciation of the unique history that has made Kuliang an enduring symbol of China-U.S. friendship.

Along the way, they learned about the Flying Tigers' role in China during World War II and the ties that have connected the two countries for generations.

During their visit, participants also gathered at the China-U.S. Friendship Forest, where they took part in a variety of traditional Chinese folk games and cultural activities, including tug-of-war, touhu (pitch-pot), hoop rolling, sachet making and shuttlecock kicking. Filled with laughter and friendly competition, the activities offered a hands-on introduction to Chinese traditional culture while encouraging teamwork, cultural exchange and new friendships.
