A vast sea of blue hydrangeas has burst into full bloom in Wenhe village, Fujian province, turning a remote valley into a summertime destination.

The valley of hydrangeas has entered its peak viewing season, which runs from early to late June. The breathtaking views have attracted numerous tourists.

The project was initiated by a local entrepreneur who returned home to establish a joint village-enterprise cooperative. By revitalizing idle lands, it is now expanding into fresh flower delivery to boost farmers' income.
