A vibrant spring display of cosmos flowers at Wulongjiang Park, Fuzhou

As the Qingming Festival holiday arrives, Fuzhou's Wulongjiang Park is showcasing a stunning spring spectacle. Along the Hongtang Ancient Ferry section of the park, a 3,300-square-meter field of pink and white cosmos flowers is quietly in full bloom.

Layer upon layer of delicate petals stretch along the riverbank, creating a seasonal romantic scene that has quickly become a favorite spot for photography enthusiasts. The combination of sunset, flower fields, and the historic ferry area offers a unique backdrop for visitors' springtime snapshots.

The blooming cosmos field is located next to the Hongtang Watergate on the outer side of the Wulongjiang Embankment. Ahead of the holiday, park management carefully selected cosmos seeds suited to the riverside environment and evenly sowed them across the open area. By early April, the flowers had blossomed as planned, swaying gently in the spring breeze against the blue river and the distant Hongtang Bridge, forming a picturesque spring panorama.

A representative of the Wulongjiang Park noted that cosmos flowers are highly adaptable, drought-tolerant and thrive in the riverside environment. The current bloom is expected to last from early April through the end of the month, giving visitors plenty of time to enjoy the display.

For safety, the park reminds visitors that the flower field is located outside the embankment. Visitors should pay attention to tidal changes, stay clear of hazardous areas, and take care while enjoying the scenery.

Wulongjiang Park's seasonal cosmos bloom offers both locals and tourists a new springtime destination to enjoy nature, capture memorable photos and experience the charm of Fuzhou's riverside landscapes.
