As China commemorated Victory Day on Sept 3, Evan Kail voiced his pride in the nation's historical role in defeating fascism. Kail donated a WWII photo album of Japanese atrocities to the Chinese consulate in Chicago in 2022. "I'm really proud of China on this day for defeating fascism," he told China Daily.
