David Morse, born in 1958, is a board member of the Tacoma Community Concord Association in Washington State, the US, and a teacher at Stadium High School. He is also a former chairman of the Tacoma-Fuzhou Sister City Committee. He promoted the establishment of a sister school relationship between the Affiliated High School of Fuzhou Institute of Education and Lincoln High School in Tacoma. Additionally, using his knowledge of genealogy, he assisted in locating Gary Gardner and Lee Gardner, descendants of the Gardner family.
