Huang highlighted the progress made in dialogue and cooperation between China and the United States and emphasized that the stable development of relations depends on continuous exchanges and cooperation across various fields between localities in both countries. Individuals who share a common understanding of Sino-U.S. friendship, along with friendly organizations, play a vital role in enhancing mutual understanding and friendship between the peoples of both countries, he said.
Increasing public support for cooperation will bring more opportunities for China-U.S. relations, and expanding mutually beneficial cooperation will contribute more significantly to global development and prosperity, Huang added. He also said that China invites people from all sectors of U.S. society to visit the country, experience its rich culture, explore its beautiful landscapes and see the real China.
